Working hard for you
in Stevenage, Knebworth, Codicote, Datchworth and Aston

Stephen McPartland MP, was invited to open Age Concern Stevenage's Christmas Coffee Morning and met some of those using the services and a number of the volunteers.

Stephen McPartland MP said, "I was delighted to accept the invitation from Ken Moore, Chairman of Age Concern Stevenage. The staff and volunteers make a big difference to many local people and I have supported the work they do for a number of years.  I always enjoy chatting to local people and hearing their stories over a cup of tea. It is clear Age Concern do a great job and are really valued in our community."

Age Concern Stevenage is now based on the 5th floor of Swingate House and offers a wide range of free and confidential information and help which is available for older people. There are regular visits from a range of specialist advisors and outreach advice workers.
