Nobel School Presentation Evening was held recently to celebrate the achievements of their current students together with leavers from last year and Headteacher, Martyn Henson, invited Stephen McPartland along to make the awards to the students.

Stephen McPartland said, "It was a privilege to award the prizes and exam certificates to those students who had demonstrated such commitment to their studies. The Nobel School has been transformed with the massive investment and all the new facilities, but we must remember that these students had to learn while the building works were taking place. This makes their achievements even more impressive, as they demonstrated their ability to stay focused and it was a pleasure for me to see so many of the students again."

Martyn Henson commented, “It is evenings like this that remind us that our core purpose is to make sure all our young people succeed academically and, just as importantly, develop into good Nobelians.  It was a lovely occasion; thank you to everyone who attended.”

As well as presentation of A2 and AS certificates, a number of individual Subject Awards were presented and Martyn Henson also made his special award of the Head Teacher's Award to last year's Head Boy, Matthew Reah, and Head Girl, Maya Sthankiya.
