Stephen McPartland, Member of Parliament is calling on local people to show their appreciation of the hospital team who looked after them or their loved ones by nominating them for a Celebration of Excellence award.

Stephen McPartland, Member of Parliament for Stevenage, said, "I am proud of the NHS and of the staff who work in it every single day saving lives and improving our quality of life. Many people feel that they have benefited from fantastic care from committed staff, and this is a wonderful opportunity for that to be recognised by nominating them for a Celebration of Excellence award."

"There are no set criteria for this award as it is not always what someone said or did, but how they made their patients feel that is important. The Celebration of Excellence awards are in the public nomination category of the East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust's annual awards.
