Rt Hon Stephen McPartland MP
Working hard for you
in Stevenage, Knebworth, Codicote, Datchworth and Aston

Sue added, “We know that there are lots of carers living in Stevenage and North Herts, who do not recognise themselves as carers. If you think you might be a carer or know someone who is then please get in touch with Carers in Hertfordshire; we think we can make a difference.”

During the event, Stephen had the chance to hear about the work of Carers in Hertfordshire and took time to listen to some of the concerns of local carers, including the pressures of juggling a caring role with work, the difficulties carers have finding time to look after their own health and how hard it can be for some carers to manage financially.

If you are a carer and want to find out more about the support and services available from Carers in Hertfordshire please get in touch on 01992 586969 or visit www.carersinherts.org.uk.
