Local MP says faster broadband vital for Stevenage businesses and residents

Alex Buttle, director Top10.com, commented, “Advancements in mobile communications technology will be crucial. More and more businesses are reliant on mobile broadband. Across large swathes of the UK 3G mobile broadband speeds simply aren’t up to scratch.”

The research showed that download speeds in Stevenage were 2.23 Mbps, which compares with that in Peterborough where the average speed is 3.86Mbps.
