There was a warm welcome at Stevenage Day for everyone with King George V Playing Field filled with stalls and activities for young and old.

Stephen McPartland, Member of Parliament for Stevenage, said, "Stevenage Day is always an important opportunity for our local community groups and charities to highlight the great work they do and raise a little money.

"I enjoyed visiting as many of the community and charity stalls as possible and chatting to them about their plans for the year. Stevenage has a really strong community spirit and it makes me proud so many people give so much of their time to help others."
